Over the years—to better align with global, regional, and national policies that emphasize equity, access, and effective services for people at risk of or living with any NTD—USAID’s Program has expanded its strategy.

This strategy encourages national leaders and partners to align actions to ensure routine services are available for ALL NTDs.

Progress towards disease elimination accelerates when government leaders establish priorities and action plans to incorporate NTDs in policies, planning, budget, and service delivery systems.
